Manage contacts
🧠Context
Contacts represent individual people you interact with as part of your activity: a travel manager within a company, the president of an association, a traveler, or any other individual interlocutor.
A contact can be linked to a client (company, association, group of friends, etc.), which represents the entity owning the travel project. This distinction makes it possible to manage personal information (contact) separately from administrative or contractual information (client).
Each contact centralizes the personal and communication details required for sales follow-up and for managing offers, quotes, and trips.
🎯 Goal
Create, edit, and manage contacts (individuals) in order to centralize their information and link them to clients and travel offers.
🧭 Where can you find this feature?
To create, edit, or delete contacts, go to the Contacts tab, accessible from the main menu.
If the Contacts tab does not appear, it means you do not have the required permissions to manage contacts. In this case, contact an administrator in your team to adjust your permissions.
