Manage themes

Context

Themes (types of trips) allow you to structure and qualify your trip catalog as well as your Quotes. They facilitate search, filtering and creation of Proposals consistent with your clients’ expectations.

A theme can represent a type of trip (circuit, self-drive, beach stay, etc.) or a travel style (Luxury, Family, Adventure, etc.).

Objective

Create, manage and use themes in order to classify your Quotes more efficiently and facilitate their search.

Where to find this feature?

To create, modify or delete themes, go to the Themes tab. You will find the list of existing themes and can easily manage them.

If the Themes tab does not appear, this means you do not have the necessary rights to manage themes. In this case, contact the person on your team with administrator rights so they can adjust your permissions.

Step-by-step

Here are the steps to create or modify a theme:

1. Open the Themes tab in the Catalog section of the menu.
2. Click on New theme or select the theme of your choice.
3. Enter the theme name
   Examples: Luxury, Family, Adventure, Tour.
4. Save the changes.

Good to know

• Choose themes that allow you to properly categorize your travel catalog (Tour, Self-drive, All-inclusive stay….)
• Keep a limited and useful list of themes for your team.
