Every Caladeo subscription includes a 2-hour onboarding session with our team, followed by ongoing support and help. Here is what is included, and what is an additional service.
Included in your subscription
A 2-hour session with our team to set up your agency space, configure the tool, structure your catalog and create your first quotes.
Goal: to make you autonomous by the end of the session. Support and the help center then take over.
So you don't start from scratch
The import / export feature and its standard templates let you resume your existing activity on your own.
A custom import (specific files, history recovery, data to be reprocessed) is billed separately, on quote.
To move forward with confidence
After onboarding, our team remains available: support via the help platform, help center and step-by-step tutorials.
Additional training sessions are available on quote.
All three sections above are included in your subscription, regardless of the plan you choose.
It depends on the plan. Expedition is billed per user; Escapade is billed per agency (up to 5 users included); Enterprise is quoted on a tailor-made basis. Adding a user during the period is billed at pro rata of remaining months, and any removal takes effect at the end of the current annual period.
A 2-hour onboarding session, the import of your data via the import / export feature and ongoing support are included in all subscriptions, regardless of the plan. A custom import or additional training sessions are billed separately, on quote.
You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time, with pro rata refund of the remaining period. Downgrading to a lower plan is only possible on your subscription renewal date.

Each plan includes a monthly volume of AI credits, pooled at the agency level. If you exceed them, AI features become unavailable until your credits renew monthly.
You have 3 months from the start date of your subscription to test Caladeo. If you cancel during this period, all subscription fees paid will be refunded to you.
