Context
Opportunities represent travel projects in progress, whether or not they result in a confirmation. They allow you to track the commercial progress of a request, from the first contact with the client to the confirmation of the trip or abandonment of the project.
An opportunity is attached to a client (project owner) and to one or more contacts (interlocutors). It centralizes the essential information of the travel project (destinations, dates, duration, number of participants, commercial status) as well as forecast financial data, such as potential or likely revenue or estimated margin.
Objective
Create, modify and track opportunities to structure the commercial follow-up of travel projects and facilitate their transformation into confirmed trips.

Once created, the opportunity allows you to track the progress of the travel project. You can then create as many Quotes as needed in just a few moments. These Quotes can be budgeted quickly, then transformed into one or more Proposals to send to the contact.
