Enter and maintain your agency’s information so it is automatically used in the commercial and administrative documents generated by Caladeo.
Where to find this feature?
To configure your agency’s information, go to the Settings menu, then to Company Settings.
If the Settings menu does not appear, it means you do not have the necessary permissions to manage your agency’s settings. In this case, contact an administrator on your team so they can adjust your permissions.
Step-by-step
Here are the steps to configure your agency’s information:
- Open the Settings menu from the main navigation.
- Access Company Settings.
- Fill in your agency information:
- Company name
- Identification number
- VAT number
- Agency logo
- Address
- City
- Region
- Country
- Postal code
- Contact person
- Contact phone number
- Contact email address
- Fill in your banking information:
- Ability to add one or more banks
- Bank name
- IBAN
- SWIFT / BIC
- Save the changes.
👉 The banking information entered will automatically appear on invoices generated by the Caladeo application.

Your agency information is automatically used in generated documents (Quotes, Invoices). The logo, contact details and banking information appear according to your document configuration.
