Discounts allow you to apply rebates to the price of your travel Quotes, depending on your commercial strategy (regular client discount, early booking discount, etc.).
They are used when creating Quotes to adjust the final price offered to the client, while maintaining coherent and automated calculation logic. It’s a very powerful lever to win opportunities.
Objective
Create reusable standard discounts when creating Quotes, and adjustable on a case-by-case basis depending on the client.
Where to find this feature?
To create, modify or delete discounts, go to the Settings menu, then to the Discounts tab.
If the Settings menu does not appear, it means you do not have the necessary permissions to manage the settings of your Caladeo space. In this case, contact an administrator of your team so they can adjust your permissions or make the changes for you.
Step-by-step
Here are the steps to manage standard discounts:
- Open the Settings menu from the main navigation.
- Then access the Discounts tab.
- Click on Add a discount to create a new one, or select an existing discount to modify it.
- Enter the discount information:
- Name: name of the discount (e.g.: Loyalty discount, Low season special offer…)
- Discount type: percentage, or fixed amount
- Discount value
- Save the discount.
What happens next in Caladeo
When creating a Quote, the configured discounts can be selected manually. The amounts will then be recalculated automatically in the Quote budget.
Discounts remain editable directly in the Quote to adapt to each client’s specific situation.

Yes, you can add as many discounts as you want in your Quotes.
