Manage a lead

🧠Context

Leads represent ongoing travel projects, whether or not they eventually result in a confirmed booking. They allow you to track the commercial progress of a request, from the first contact with the client to the confirmation of the trip or the abandonment of the project.

A lead is linked to a client (project owner) and to one or more contacts (key interlocutors). It centralizes the essential information of the travel project (destinations, dates, duration, number of participants, sales status) as well as estimated financial data such as potential or probable revenue and estimated margin.

🎯 Goal

Create, edit, and track leads in order to structure the sales follow-up of travel projects and facilitate their conversion into confirmed trips.
