Manage themes

Themes (travel types) help structure and categorize your travel catalog and offers. They make it easier to search, filter, and create quotes that match your clients’ expectations.
A theme can represent a type of trip (tour, self-drive, beach stay, etc.) or a travel style (Luxury, Family, Adventure, etc.).

Create, manage, and use themes to better categorize your offers and make them easier to find.
🧭 Where can you find this feature?
To create, edit, or delete themes, go to the Themes tab. There you will find the list of existing themes and be able to manage them easily.
If the Themes tab does not appear, it means you do not have the required permissions to manage themes. In this case, contact a team member with administrator rights so they can adjust your permissions.
🛠️ Step by step
Follow these steps to create or edit a theme:
- Open the Themes tab in the Catalog section of the menu.
- Click New theme or select an existing theme.
- Enter the theme name.
- Examples: Luxury, Family, Adventure, Tour.
- Save your changes.

- Choose themes that help you clearly categorize your travel catalog (Tour, self-drive, all-inclusive stay, etc.).
- Keep your list of themes short and meaningful for your team.
