Manage tasks
🧠Context
Tasks help you organize and track the actions to be carried out when managing your travel projects: following up with a client, preparing a proposal, confirming an option, administrative follow-up, etc.
They are linked to opportunities and contribute to better work organization and meeting deadlines.
🎯 Goal
Create, plan, and track tasks to ensure nothing is forgotten and to maintain efficient follow-up of travel projects.
Priority tasks (overdue, due today, or upcoming) are automatically displayed in the operational dashboard.
🧭 Where can you find this feature?
Creating, editing, and viewing tasks related to an opportunity is done via the Tasks tab (second icon in the left column of the opportunity).
Overdue tasks, tasks due today, and upcoming tasks are also visible directly from the operational dashboard.
From the opportunity pipeline view, you can see the tasks linked to each opportunity and their due dates using a color code:
- 🔴 Red: overdue tasks
- 🟠 Orange: tasks due today
- 🔵 Blue: upcoming tasks
- 🟢 Green: tasks scheduled for later
