Configure discounts

Discounts allow you to apply price reductions to your travel quotes, according to your commercial strategy (loyalty discounts, early booking discounts, special offers, etc.).
They are used during quote creation to adjust the final price proposed to the client, while maintaining a consistent and automated calculation logic. Discounts are a powerful lever to improve conversion and win more leads.

Create standard, reusable discounts that can be applied when creating quotes and adjusted on a case-by-case basis depending on the client.
🧭 Where can you find this feature?
To create, edit, or delete discounts, go to the Settings menu, then open the Discounts tab.
If the Settings menu does not appear, it means you do not have the required permissions to manage your Caladeo workspace settings. In this case, contact a team administrator to adjust your permissions or make the changes for you.
🛠️ Step by step
Follow these steps to manage standard discounts:
- Open the Settings menu from the main navigation.
- Go to the Discounts tab.
- Click Add discount to create a new one, or select an existing discount to edit it.
- Enter the discount details:
- Name: discount name (e.g. Loyalty discount, Low season special offer…)
- Discount type: percentage or fixed amount
- Discount value
- Save the discount.

When creating a quote, the configured discounts can be selected manually. The amounts are then automatically recalculated in the quote budget.
Discounts remain editable directly within the quote to adapt to each client’s specific situation.

Can I apply multiple discounts to the same quote?
Yes. You can add as many discounts as needed to your quotes.
