Configuring your agency allows you to enter your company’s legal, administrative, and contact information. This information is used throughout the Caladeo platform, especially when generating proposals and invoices.
Keeping your agency settings complete and up to date ensures document consistency, professional communication with clients, and simplified administrative management.

Enter and maintain your agency’s information so it is automatically used in the commercial and administrative documents generated by Caladeo.
🧭 Where can you find this feature?
To configure your agency information, go to the Settings menu, then to Company settings.
If the Settings menu does not appear, it means you do not have the required permissions to manage your agency’s settings. In this case, contact a team administrator to adjust your permissions.

Follow these steps to configure your agency information:
- Open the Settings menu from the main navigation.
- Go to Company settings.
- Enter your agency information:
- Company name
- Registration number
- VAT number
- Agency logo
- Address
- City
- Region
- Country
- Postal code
- Contact person
- Contact phone number
- Contact email address
- Enter your banking information:
- Ability to add one or more banks
- Bank name
- IBAN
- SWIFT / BIC
- Save your changes.
👉 The banking information entered will automatically appear on invoices generated by Caladeo.

Your agency information is automatically used in generated documents (proposals, invoices). The logo, contact details, and banking information appear according to your document configuration.
