We are proud to announce it: Caladeo is a finalist of the Orchestra Startup Contest 2026. We will pitch on stage on Tuesday 15 September 2026 at 5:00 pm, at IFTM Paris, Porte de Versailles, the major gathering of travel professionals in France, which runs from 15 to 17 September.
For a young company born inside a travel agency, being selected among the finalists of a contest run by Orchestra is a real recognition of the road travelled, and above all an encouragement to keep going in the same direction: making agencies’ daily work simpler.

The new version of Caladeo, unveiled at IFTM
We are using IFTM to unveil the new version of Caladeo. It was designed from the feedback of agencies using the software every day, with three priorities:
- An ultra-simple interface: screens have been redesigned so that your teams are self-sufficient within a few hours, without heavy training.
- A step-by-step migration: you switch at your own pace, module by module, with no interruption of activity and no re-entering of your data.
- Pricing accessible to every agency: a clear subscription, with no launch package costing thousands of euros. Onboarding, data import and team training are included.
CRM, quotes, itineraries, groups, booking tracking, vouchers, travel diaries and financial tracking remain together in a single tool. What changes is how easy it is to get started.
