Are pricing rates per user?
Yes. The subscription rates shown are calculated per active user. You can adjust the number of users at any time: adding a user mid-period is billed on a pro-rata basis for the remaining months, and any removal takes effect at the end of the current annual period.

Yes. The launch package is required to get started with Caladeo. It allows you to configure the platform according to your organization and ensure optimal onboarding from the start.
Can I change my plan during my subscription?
